Representatives from GreenPointe Homes and Mattamy Homes gathered with residents of Cedar Bay to celebrate the official grand opening at a dedication ceremony recently.
The community is in North jacksonville and plans call for 153 homes starting in the $140’s.
GreenPointe Homes is a division of GreenPointe Holdings, LLC, a diversified holding company founded in 2008 by former LandMar executive Ed Burr to create and develop communities throughout the Southeastern United States. GreenPointe Holdings also includes the company’s community development division, GreenPointe Communities, and its infrastructure division GreenPointe Pathways. GreenPointe Holdings has acquired 7,000 homesites in six master-planned communities.
