Over 400 were at the UNF University Center earlier this month to see NEFBA and the Sales and Marketing Council install new leaders and give its major awards.
Barbara Moore of Lennar is the 2012 NEFBA president and Denise Patricolo of David Weekley Homes will be the SMC chair.
The five major award winners:
• Lennar Homes: Builder Member of the Year.
• Jason Dugger of Scapes of North Florida: Fred King Associate Member of the Year.
• Leadership Award: Michael Bourre, Bourre Construction.
• Richard Browdy, Browdy and Browdy: Arnold Tritt Leadership Award.
• Ron Harris, Harris Realty: Bob Ransom SMC Chairman’s Award.
• Howard White, chief building officer in St. Johns County: Good Government Award.
• Johnny Moore, Moore Electric: Honorary Life Board member.
