Heth Realty is a full-service real estate firm in Jacksonville’s Riverside area. Wanda Franklin, broker/owner of the company, purchased the 34-year-old company from the previous owners in 2008. The firm originally was known as Glover Taylor Real Estate, then the name changed when it was purchased by Don Heth.

Who is in the office?

Musette Gilberstadt is a broker/agent and helps handle the office when Franklin is out of town. Realtors include Phillip Cuevas, Jack Bradley, Phil Stantial, Donna Gordon and Max Franklin. Beth Reed is the maintenance coordinator and Patty Kendall is the administrative assistant.

Specialize in?

“Property management with about 400 doors managing on a daily basis,” said Franklin.

Current real estate market?

“Rental prices are on the rise as well as sales. The investors are trying to buy before the prices start climbing thus making it a bidding war.”

Type of agents?

Franklin said when hiring property managers, no experience is best, but for sales agents, she wants experienced agents. Franklin handles the one-on-one training for property management while Gilberstadt handles the training for the sales staff.

Just like family

“We are a small family-oriented business and do not have the red tape that your larger offices have. Between Musette and I we have over 50 years’ experience in real estate.”

Area your office covers?

Heth Realty covers all of Duval and Clay counties for both sales and property management.
