A Pinnacle Builder is a NEFBA member with an eye on the future and the drive to make it happen. Understanding that the strength of NEFBA lies in its membership, Pinnacle builders work to increase the organization’s membership rolls, keep in tune with the events and issues important to the group and actively pursue a stronger association.
To be eligible for the Pinnacle Builder award, a builder member must meet the following criteria:
• is in good standing with NEFBA
• maintains 90 percent of its active subcontractors as NEFBA members
• actively recruits two new members every year
• attends at least one meeting per quarter.
The benefits of achieving this distinction begin with the recognition from the association as one of its highest achievers. In addition to having a permanent place on the Pinnacle Builder wall in NEFBA’s lobby, the builder receives a certificate of recognition for display in the company’s offices. The Pinnacle Builder is honored at Board of Directors meetings, major events and functions and listed in association publications. Other rewards include complimentary entrance to all council meetings, SMC breakfasts and one ticket to the annual charity gala.
