Jacksonville-based, established in 1990.

Those served

600 older adults on our 100-acre campus, which consists of 354 homes, 74 assisted-living apartments, 80 skilled-nursing beds and a variety of home and community-based services, such as home health.

Biggest challenge

Overcoming the perception that Fleet Landing serves only retired military folks.

Providing an environment that supports older adults’ desire to age successfully in the place they call home.

Your job before Fleet Landing

I spent 10 years at River Garden. I started in middle school as a volunteer and left eight years ago to join Fleet Landing. I’ve only worked with nonprofit mission-driven organizations at this point in my career.
