• Martin “Hap” Stein Jr., chairman and CEO of Jacksonville-based Regency Centers Corp., is scheduled to make a presentation at the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trust’s REITWeek 2012 Investor Forum at 11:45 a.m. Tuesday. • Grubb & Ellis Phoenix Realty Group Inc. reported it represented tenant Raymond James in the lease of 18,000 square feet of office space at 245 Riverside Ave. and said the building will be renamed the Raymond James building. It was formerly known as the St. Joe building. Raymond James is a diversified financial services holding company. Grubb & Ellis Phoenix Realty also represented Patriot Transportation Holding Inc. in the lease of a 15,000-square-foot office in the BB&T Tower at 200 W. Forsyth Downtown.
• “Export University” is planned from 7:45 a.m.-4:30 p.m. July 17 at the University of North Florida University Center. The training program was developed by the Florida District Export Council and the Florida Trade Alliance Partners and is delivered by the U.S. Commercial Service.
