The Meninak Club of Jacksonville awarded $5,000 college scholarships last week to five high school seniors after an application and interview process. Recipients must have participated in the Youth Leadership Jacksonville program and must use the grants to attend an accredited four-year college or university. Meninak has granted 80 scholarships, totaling $400,000, since 1997. Those chosen this year and their intended college majors were (from left) Jaryd Tamares, Bishop John J.
