Suzanne Graham, Director of Government Affairs for Massey Services Inc. and a Port Charlotte developer, is poised to succeed Dave Carter of Winter Haven as president of the Florida Home Builders Association during the FHBA Fall Conference November 1-3 in St. Petersburg.
At the same conference, St. Augustine builder Jerry Linder is expected to be elected secretary, putting him in line for a future presidency.
Graham has climbed FHBA’s traditional leadership ladder, serving as secretary, treasurer and first vice president as she prepared to become the Florida home building industry’s volunteer leader and spokesperson.
Graham is a past president and Member of the Year of the Charlotte-DeSoto Building Industry Association and a past chair of the FHBA Governmental Affairs Committee, which oversees the association’s lobbying efforts in Tallahassee.
