Age: 27
Family: Parents, Larry and Patrina, and my two brothers: Anthony, an engineer in Fort Myers, and Michael, also an attorney.
Pets: Two family pets - a mini dachshund named Tippy and a Jack Russell/rat terrier mix named Zoe.
Education: I obtained my bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida and my Juris Doctor from the University of Florida.

Employed by: I began with Rogers Towers as a summer associate in 2008 and have been here ever since.
Field of practice: Civil and commercial litigation
Professional Organizations: I recently completed my associate membership with the Chester Bedell Inn of Courts, am an active member of The Jacksonville Bar Association and recently joined the Girls Inc. Rising Leader Society.
Community Involvement: I am active with Jacksonville Area Legal Aid and participate in several of their events, including Ask-A-Lawyer and, most recently, their Advanced Directives and Wills event at a local senior citizens home. I am also active with the St. Nick Task Force, a program run by HandsOn Jacksonville in which funds are raised from businesses and individuals throughout Duval County to deliver backpacks full of toys and books to children at local elementary schools.
How did you get involved?
I met Kathy Para several years ago through various The JBA events and she encouraged me to accept JALA pro bono cases and to become involved in their programs. Also, several co-workers are very involved with the St. Nick Task Force and encouraged me to join as well.

What have you learned/achieved through the experience?
How critical attorneys are to the community and that giving up just a few hours of your time can make a world of difference to someone else.
What was the last book you read or are reading?
I just finished “The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo” trilogy.
