The Century 21 Northeast Florida Broker Council decided to go with the "Spring Forward" theme again this year because, as Dirk Schroeder, president of the Century 21 Broker's Council, said, the real estate market is "springing forward" and they wanted to celebrate it.
The annual awards were last month at the Holiday Inn Jacksonville and the room was complete with light spring fare of various salads and bright flowers to carry forth the "Spring" theme.
A big winner was Anne Barbanel of Century 21 John T. Ferreira & Son Inc., who was recognized again as top agent in gross closed commissions, Quality Service Producer and as a Centurion Producer.
Jean Hable of John T. Ferreira & Son also won the Quality Service Producer award.
Wayne Altman of Century 21 Lighthouse Realty was recognized again this year as the top agent in closed units and as a Centurion Producer.
About 50 Century 21 Realtors came out to have some fun and celebrate their past year's success.

• Master Ruby Producers: Gabariela Kadas and Charles Tillis of Atkins Realty, Mary Caserta and Jason Collins of John T. Ferreira & Son and Taghi Shoaei of Lighthouse Realty.
• Platinum Eagle: Rebecca Gagnon of Discover Realty and Jean Hable and Grace Lipman of John T. Ferreira & Son.
• Gold Eagle: Jan Blackwood of Atkins Realty, Andrea Hatton and Robin Whitfield of John T. Ferreira & Son, Ken Baker of Century 21 Lighthouse Realty and Bill Crosby of St. Augustine Properties.
