Williams & Rowe Co. Inc. is demolishing part of the former Liberty Furniture building at 5555 University Blvd. W. for development of the Freshfields Farm meat and produce market expected to open in the fall. Williams & Rowe intends to complete demolition of part of the structure before renovating and rebuilding. Freshfields Farm is based in Orlando.
