Seaside Bank plans to open a loan production office Thursday at 245 Riverside Ave., according to Chief Marketing Officer Lara Lee.
Lee said it could become a full-service office later but for now is a boutique location.
The 2,299-square-foot office in Suite 120 will employ three full-time staff, she said.
Seaside National Bank & Trust is based in Orlando. Formed in 2006, it operates 14 offices in four regions.
Its North Florida Region lists one location in Ponte Vedra Beach, and the Downtown office will be the second. South Florida has six offices, Central Florida has four and Southwest Florida has two.
Seaside specializes in private business banking; personal, commercial real estate and residential lending; investment management, brokerage, trust and deposit services; and insurance.
