Executive Suite Professionals announced on Thursday it has signed a 20,000-square-foot lease at EverBank Center and will be located on the 14th floor.
The company is a full-service executive suite for companies, attorneys, engineers, accountants and financial firms, among others, and is a “turnkey office solution at an affordable rate,” according to Lisa Gufford, managing member and co-founder.
“We know what our clients need to run their offices without the long-term commitment of traditional leases,” Gufford said in a news release.
