GreenPointe Homes, the homebuilding division of GreenPointe Holdings, is giving a 7.5 percent commission as a Realtor incentive for residences sold at the North Jacksonville community of Cedar Bay.

The company has homes ready for immediate move-in which feature the Clover, Forest and Emerald models.
