An unseasonably cold, rainy day did not deter families from attending the grand opening celebration at Lakeside at Nocatee Town Center, the newest community by Lennar Homes. Approximately 300 people visited the community and Lennar’s two new fully furnished model homes.
A neighborhood has one- and two-story single-family homes from 2,237 to 2,783 square feet starting from $268,900. Homes range from three to four bedrooms, with two to three bathrooms and two-car garages.
