Traditions Realty celebrated its fourth anniversary by moving to a new location. The agency has relocated from its Park Street building in Jacksonville to a much bigger space nearby on Riverside Avenue.
“We took a leap of faith in 2009 when we opened Traditions,” said Sally Suslak, the managing broker of Traditions Realty. “At a time when other offices were closing or downsizing, we decided to open a new agency. Now, four years later, we have grown from just a handful of realtors to more than two dozen agents and we are in need of a bigger office space.”
The new building hasapproximately 4,450 square feet of office space, about 2,600 more than on Park Street.
