Community First Saturdays will move behind the Times-Union Center for the Performing Arts starting April 6.
It previously was along Coastline Drive at the east end of the Northbank Riverwalk.
From 10 a.m.-4 p.m. on the first Saturday of every month, the event offers family-friendly activities that promote an active and healthy lifestyle.

"Community First Saturdays' new location offers more green space to enjoy the beautiful Riverwalk area. Re-engaging residents and visitors in Downtown is one of our top priorities at the JAX Chamber, and this event not only showcases our riverfront, it is re-energizing our urban core and contributing to Downtown's growing weekend activity," said Ed Burr, chamber Downtown Development chair and president and CEO of GreenPointe Holdings.
Created and organized by the JAX Chamber and sponsored by Community First Credit Union, Community First Saturdays have entertained thousands of residents and visitors since launching in October.
Each month the event offers free yoga, tai chi and fitness classes, bike tours, a bike valet and food trucks.
Special activities planned for the April edition include a Skyway Food Truck Crawl, a scavenger hunt, a craft beer festival from 12-4 p.m., live music and the opportunity to win bicycles and Jacksonville Suns tickets.
"Community First Saturdays are a great opportunity for everyone to come together in the heart of the city and enjoy so many wonderful activities taking place in Downtown," said John Hirabayashi, president and CEO of Community First.
The JTA Skyway provides free service during the event to transport people to locations such as the Museum of Contemporary Art, Main Library and Museum of Science and History.
The water taxi also is available, with stops at the nearby Riverside Arts Market and the Landing.
