Daily's plans new buildings
Site development plans are under review for site improvements for a Daily's convenience store at 7750 Normandy Blvd. and a zoning application shows site improvements for Daily's at 11066 Old St. Augustine Road.
At Normandy Boulevard, plans show a building addition and site improvements, expanding the 1,467-square-foot store there now to a 5,288-square-foot building on the 0.7-acre site.
At Old St. Augustine Road, plans show Daily's would demolish a convenience-store kiosk and build a new convenience store and car-wash facility.
William E. Tully III is the engineer for both projects.
First Coast Energy LLP owns the Daily's chain. The dailysstores.com site says Jacksonville-based First Coast Energy owns and/or operates more than 200 service stations and convenience stores throughout Florida. Established in 1997, the company has more than 800 employees.
O'Reilly Auto opening along San Jose
O'Reilly Auto Parts plans to open in Mandarin at 12510 San Jose Blvd. A permit application shows plans for construction of a 6,650-square-foot pre-engineered metal building for the retailer. Perry-McCall Construction Inc. is shown as the contractor.
Oreillyauto.com shows at least 16 O'Reilly Auto Parts stores operate in Northeast Florida.
