Close to 220 Realtors attended the 4th annual Spring Sales Event at Durbin Crossing. The event featured the Durbin Crossing Builder Expo, a catered spread and the giveaway of 15 sets of Benefactor tickets to the Players golf tournament, all set up poolside at the South Amenity Center.
Eight of the preferred builders in Durbin Crossing set up booths to be able to meet and greet the Realtors and provide them with current information on their companies, the available inventory homes and special offerings.
Durbin Crossing has two new phases under construction including 67 53-foot lots, four 63-foot lots and 71 83-foot lots.
