Old San Jose on the River has opened a new designer-decorated condominium model home at the riverfront community on Jacksonville’s San Jose Boulevard.
The condos have a private entry and attached garage, and are in low-rise buildings each with three units, including one lower level and two upper They range from 1,967 to 2,075 square feet and start at $349,900.
The riverfront community had 13 sales and more than $7.4 million in sales volume during the first quarter of 2013, and had a 37 percent market share for condominiums sold in the San Marco, San Jose, Beauclerc, Avondale, Riverside and Ortega communities in the $380,000 to $750,000 price range in 2012.
