Watson Realty celebrated a successful year with the Jacksonville region leadership and sales team at their recent annual awards ceremony. Held at the TPC Sawgrass, the top offices and top producers were recognized for work in 2012.
The award for top office of the entire company was presented to Ponte Vedra Beach and VP/Managing Broker Mary Ann Bongiorno.
The office showed an increase in closed volume of 28 percent over 2011. The Intracoastal office is ranked No. 2 and had a 51 percent increase in volume over 2011. The Mandarin South office is No. 3 for the region and the entire company. The Atlantic Beach office is No. 4 and the St. Johns/CR 210 office is No. 5.
The top associates for the region and the entire company were all in the Jacksonville region.
Debbie Shagnea of the Mandarin South office was the top salesperson and had the highest number of listings sold.
Jan Shields of the Atlantic Beach office is No. 2 associate in the company and had the second highest number of listings sold.
Kyle Passkiewicz of the Intracoastal office is No. 3 and Missy DeKay of the Ponte Vedra Beach office is the No. 4 associate for 2012.
