Dostie Homes has begun construction on a new model home in Palencia. The two-story model, called the Alexandra, is in Palencia’s Reserve II neighborhood with completion expected by early next year.
The Alexandra features 3,909 square feet with four bedrooms, three bathrooms and two half-baths. The master suite and a guest suite are both located on the first floor of the home. Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms and a bonus room that opens onto a balcony. The home also features a three-car garage.
The Alexandra is priced from the high $400,000s. Dostie Homes is also building a spec home featuring the Alexandra floor plan in the Reserve II neighborhood. The home and homesite are priced in the low $700,000s, and construction will be completed in the winter of 2014.
