The Florida Home Builders Association will install its new officers and honor individual achievers on Oct. 19, during the Fall Leadership Conference at the Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay.

Citrus County builder Ron Lieberman will succeed Suzanne Graham of Port Charlotte as president. Cindy Hall of Jensen Beach will follow Patty Wedge Ludwig of Bonita Springs as second vice president, which is the highest-ranking associate member position.

Awards to be presented are builder of the year, associate of the year, and remodeler of the year, as well as the Dick Baker Award and the first Ann Hagen Award.

The Florida Housing Hall of Fame will induct two new members: Ann Hagen, the late director of the HBA of Metro Orlando) and Michael Reitmann, former director of the Lee BIA.
