Missi Howell will be the 2014 president of the Jacksonville chapter of the Women's Council of Realtors. She succeeds Andrew Bell of Watson Realty.

The other incoming officers are Rory Dubin, who will be president-elect; Diana Galavis, vice president of membership; Josh Downing of the Bank of England, treasurer; and Steven Light of Watson Realty, secretary.

The election was held during last month's meeting at UNF/University Center and the agenda featured a panel of appraisers that included Peter Sproules, James Toro, Donnie Wright and Jeff Henderson.
