LandSouth Construction, a Jacksonville-based general contractor specializing in multi-family construction, has been ranked No. 18 by Multifamily Executive magazine in its 2013 Top 25 National General Contractors list.
The MFE Top 25 General Contractors list is part of MFE’s annual Top 50 rankings that represent industry benchmarks on both national and state levels.
LandSouth has completed over 8,000 units, valued at over a half-billion dollars since 1998; from garden style apartments to high end condominiums and all other type of multi-family units. LandSouth is building multifamily communities in Raleigh, N.C., Jacksonville, Oviedo and Delray Beach.
