The Northeast Florida Builders Association’s 2014 Parade of Homes, a two-weekend open house showcasing new homes from the area’s best builders, returns to Jacksonville April 26 to 27 and May 3 to 4.
The event gives home buyers an opportunity to see the latest innovations and trends in new home design, NEFBA said in a news release.
The Parade of Homes offers visitors a free, self-guided tour of 75 new construction homes in all price ranges in Duval, Nassau, Clay and St. Johns counties. For home buyers, special Parade pricing may be available from select builders.
Visitors to the Parade of Homes may enter to win a custom outdoor kitchen, valued at $5,000, from Construction Specialties of North Florida. Contestants may submit an entry form at every model viewed.
