Remember the Million Dollar Club, which honored agents who sold $1 million in a year?
Now, it’s the $50 Million Club.
Watson Realty added two award categories for 2013 after two agents sold more than $50 million in the Jacksonville region. The winners were Kyle Passkiewicz of the Intracoastal office and Debbie Shagnea of Mandarin South.
They were the big honorees in the company’s 48th annual presentation, held this month at the Sheraton Jacksonville Hotel.
Passkiewicz won the inaugural Circle of Excellence Diamond Award for selling $75 million-$100 million, and Shagnea got the Circle of Excellence Crown Award for selling $50 million-$75 million.
Two others were honored for high volume: Jan Shields of the Atlantic Beach office sold between $25 million-$50 million, and Randy Martin of the Mandarin South and Barbara Maple of the Ponte Vedra office hit between $10 million-$25 million.
Other winners:
Rising Star: Channing Berreuter, Atlantic Beach; Jean Summers and Juanita Wright, Ponte Vedra; Camie Hastings, Chafee; and Tony Caribaltes, Southside.
Top producing office: Ponte Vedra, followed by Intracoastal, Mandarin South, St. Johns and Atlantic Beach.
Watson Relocation Services: Intracoastal office; individual honors to Passkiewicz and Michele Stewart, Ponte Vedra.
Watson Title Services: George and Jamie Ballou, St. Johns office for individual closings; Mandarin South for office closings; and the OakLeaf office for the highest capture rate.
Watson Mortgage: Hidden Hills, top non-adjusted capture rate; Mandarin South, top adjusted capture rate.
Watson Property Management: Channing and Chuck Bernreuter, Atlantic Beach, and Fleming Island office, most referrals.
Watson Commercial Top Agent: Paul Porter.
In a separate ceremony last month, also at the Sheraton, Watson recognized leaders in its North Central Division. Those from this area included:
