Jacksonville attorney Christopher Cobb has been reappointed to the Construction Industry Licensing Board. He will serve through Oct. 31, 2017.

A partner in Jimerson & Cobb, Cobb is the only North Florida representative on the 19-member board.

The board is responsible for licensing and regulating the construction industry. The board meets regularly to consider applications for licensure, review disciplinary cases and conduct informal hearings relating to licensure and discipline. All appointments to the CILB are made by the governor and are subject to Florida Senate confirmation.
