Jacksonville-based Dennis Homes has purchased additional homesites in RiverTown’s Main Street neighborhood.
The builder is selling single-family homes ranging from 1,400 to 3,000 square feet and priced starting in the high $170s. Dennis Homes has two move-in ready homes available for sale and a furnished model in the community that is open daily.
The model and the move-in homes showcase the company’s traditional neighborhood floor plans. The homes include three bedrooms and feature appealing coastal-style architecture, inviting front porches and garages accessed from alleys located in the back of the homes.
