CCIM Florida North District Chapter members are invited to hear how the former John Gorrie Junior High School was transformed into a Riverside condominium complex.
General contractor James Sutton of Gordon’s Castle LLC will talk about the extensive adaptive reuse project that turned the building into John Gorrie.
Registration begins at 11:30 a.m. July 30 at the NEFBA auditorium, 103 Century 21 Drive, with a light lunch and program immediately following.
