Hallmark Partners, the Jacksonville-based developers of the Beacon Riverside condo project, unveiled its sales center with a Realtor event on Tuesday evening, February 11. The center is across from The Cummer Museum of Art & Gardens and several blocks from the site of the project.
More than 200 attended the event to learn about the development and meet Hallmark executives.
The 45-unit building has floor plans ranging from 2,400-5,000 square feet. An early reservation program is underway. Construction on the tower is expected to begin in May with completion scheduled for the end of 2015.
