• Liz Pappaceno has joined Davidson Realty, Inc.’s, team of real estate agents. Prior to Davidson, she worked 27 years for the U.S. government.

• Janet Westling of Berkshire Hathaway, HomeServices, Florida Network Realty, has become a Certified International Property Specialist, a designation held by only 2,000 real estate professionals worldwide.

The National Association of Realtors course trains students to work with international buyers, including U.S. residents looking to invest overseas, foreign buyers purchasing in the United States, and recent immigrants who might be unfamiliar with real estate transaction practices in the United States.

• The Jacksonville Chapter of the American Institute of Architects donated $3,500 in April to the Nourishment Network, formerly Second Harvest Food Bank. Nourishment Network is a service of Lutheran Social Services. One dollar donated generates seven meals.
