NEFAR’s first Hot Rod Rally and Poker Run raised $2,70O for the Realtors Political Action Committee.

Road Rally participants received a poker card at each checkpoint/model home they visited.

Event organizers also ran a scavenger hunt in which contestants filled out information about each checkpoint.

The event concluded at Nocatee, with a barbecue, a rubber duck race, awards and a builders’ promotional expo.

The Hot Rod Rally encouraged Realtors to see the builder communities and model homes and meet with site reps, said Melanie Green, NEFAR’s communications director.

Prospect Mortgages and Nocatee sponsored the event.

Drees Homes at Durbin Crossing, Mattamy Homse at Rivertown, Emerald Homes at King & Bear, La Fontana at World Golf Village, and Standard Pacific at Palencia were checkpoint sponsors.
