Toll Brothers has expanded its North Florida division team with the addition of Brian Loftus as senior project manager and Justin Spottswood and Fred Herzog as construction managers.
Loftus is returning to Toll Brothers after serving as operations manager for another Florida homebuilder. He previously worked at Toll Brothers communities in Northeast Florida and Southwest Florida. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Stony Brook University.
Spottswood has more than 14 years of project management, supervisory and sales experience within the residential construction industry. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida.
Herzog has more than 15 years of experience, ranging from land clearing to closing. He is known among local home builders for his exceptional customer service and results-oriented approach
Realtor Cristie Karsten and her sales team have joined the Re/Max Unlimited franchise.
Karsten began her career as a loan officer before transitioning into real estate more than six years ago. She brings more than 14 years of real estate and mortgage experience to the office and ranks in the top 3 percent of Realtors in Northeast Florida for closings.
Karsten lives with husband and team member, Mark, in Ponte Vedra Beach. They have two children, both of whom attend Nease High School.
Cushman & Wakefield Senior Director Traci Jenks has been named NAIOP of Northeast Florida’s Office Broker of the Year. She was honored Feb. 26 at an event at The Cummer Museum of Art & Gardens.
Jenks’ impressive 2014 deal list included 17 transactions, totaling nearly 270,000 square feet and valued at $17.4 million.
She is known for her tireless advocacy for Downtown Jacksonville, including efforts to bring Analytics Partners to the Brooklyn area, where it now occupies a larger, more modern space at 725 Peninsular Place.
Jenks serves on multiple Downtown and business boards and also is past president and a board member of NAIOP of Northeast Florida as well as a founding member of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Jacksonville.
