Medmix, a Jacksonville business that describes itself on its website as a "compounding pharmacy," filed a Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification with the state Monday saying it intends to cut 95 jobs between April 30 and Sept. 30.
The notice was filed by Medimix and First Coast Health LLC. Both companies are located at the same address on Southpoint Parkway, according to state records.
Company officials did not respond to requests for comment Monday.
