Elacora has opened a new furnished model — the Capri — in Madeira, a master-planned community within the city limits of St. Augustine.
The three-bedroom model features a bonus sun room, an optional upstairs game room and a Florida basement. It is the second model elacora has opened in the community.
Ten homes will be available for move-in this year, according to the developer.
Priced from the mid $200,000s, the Mediterranean coastal-style homes will offer three elevation styles, tile roofs and solar panels.
Buyer incentives include sellerpaid closing costs and a $5,000 prepayment of CDD fees or a $5,000 design center allowance.
Madeira’s amenity center is slated to open this spring and will feature a clubhouse with a fitness center and a large pool with a deck and party plaza.
