Susan Duggan, Jason Fansler and Dana Webb
Dana Webb, financial controller for LandSouth Construction, has been named the winner of the company’s 2014 Diamond Award.
The Diamond Award is based on an employee vote of which team member best represented the company’s core values during the calendar year.
Also, Jason Fansler has joined LandSouth as a project manager and Susan Duggan has joined as a project administrator.
He is in charge of field management operations, managing subcontractors, developing strong relationships with clients and achieving project completion and satisfaction from clients.
Duggan will be responsible for providing administrative support to the project team ensuring the project is managed properly. She will also coordinate incoming and outgoing project correspondence and monthly reporting.
Sean Junker
The St. Johns Builders Council has named Sean Junker of Providence Homes as its Builder of the Year and Cheryl Brunk of the St. Augustine Record as Associate of the Year.
Michael Roy
Gov. Rick Scott has reappointed Michael Roy to the Florida Real Estate Appraisal Board. Roy, 63, is the vice president of Lampe, Roy & Associates in Jacksonville.
Scott also reappointed Tallahassee real estate appraiser Clayton Ketcham and appointed Tallahassee attorney Benjamin Bush to the board.
The appointments are subject to confirmation by the Florida Senate.
Michael Seely
Michael Seely has accepted a mortgage originator position with First Federal Bank of Florida
In his job, Seeley will help with construction-to-perm, government and conventional loans, for customers in the Jacksonville area.
A 15-year mortgage lending veteran, Seely has experience as a branch manager and as an owner of a local mortgage brokerage firm.
