Anglers Cove

Developer: D.R. Horton

Location: Sanchez Road

Size: 14 homes

National home builder D.R. Horton is planning a waterfront subdivision just north of Baymeadows Road on Goodbys Creek.

The 14 homes in Anglers Cove will be located on a 5.47-acre parcel at 8766 Sanchez Road.

The property is owned by Jacksonville developer Ken Atlee of Atlee Development Group.

Bakers Cove

Developer: Alterra Group

Location: Old St. Augustine Road, south of I-295

Size: 26 homes

Jacksonville developer Alterra Group will build a 26-home subdivision on Old St. Augustine Road in the Greenland neighborhood.

Bakers Cover will be located on a 6.8-acre parcel on the north side of Old St. Augustine Road, about 250 feet past Collins Creek Drive. Lots will be 60 feet by 105 feet.

The Bluffs at Plummers Cove

Developer: Skinner Bros. Realty

Location: Scott Mill Road

Size: 21 homes

Skinner Bros. Realty, a Jacksonville commercial, land and residential real estate company, is preparing to build a 21-home subdivision on Scott Mill Road in Duval County.

The subdivision is on a 9.42-acre riverside parcel about 300 feet north of the Interstate 295 overpass in the Beauclerc neighborhood.

Coastal Cove

Developer: D.R. Horton

Location: Sans Pariel Road

Size: 62 homes

D.R. Horton is planning a 62-home subdivision near the southwest corner of Beach and Kernan boulevards.

The new community, Coastal Cove, will be located on a 12.83-acre parcel at the south end and west side of Sans Pariel Road.

Nassau County

RiverBend

Developer: Blackwater Capital LLC

Location: Amelia Island Parky and Hirth Road

Size: 34 homes

Blackwater Capital LLC, a Jacksonville-based real estate investment firm owned by William “Trip” Stanly, is planning a 34-home subdivision in Fernandina Beach.

Riverbend will be built on a 15.54-acre parcel at the southwest corner of Amelia Island Parky and Hirth Road. Gillette & Associates Inc., a Fernandina Beach site designer, is the project’s engineer.
