Prince, Skinner join Brightway Insurance

Shelonda Prince and David Skinner have joined Brightway Insurance in Jacksonville as a customer service manager and a business analytics project manager, respectively.

Prince earned her bachelor’s in Business Administration from the University of Washington and brings over 15 years of Operations leadership, most recently at NGA Human Resources, where she introduced process improvements that resulted in $700,000 in cost savings.

At Brightway, she will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the more than 120-person Service Center, which is vital to customer retention.

Skinner earned his bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of North Florida and brings with him over 15 years of project management experience. He most recently was with the Garden City Group and Kurtzman Carson Consultants, where he oversaw execution of complex claims processing projects.

At Brightway, Skinner will manage projects that deliver key performance metrics to franchisees in ways that help them better understand their business and their opportunities to grow.

Juliana Toohey

Juliana Toohey has been named the exclusive sales agent for Amelia National Golf & Country Club, a Fernandina Beach master-planned community developed by ICI Homes.

A licensed Realtor and Nassau County resident, Toohey joined ICI Homes in 2014 and has many years’ experience with new home construction sales.

Christine Williams

Christine Williams has opened the NE Florida Real Estate School LLC.

All pre-licensing, post-licensing and CE courses required to obtain and maintain a Florida real estate license are offered, both on the school’s website and in the classroom.
