Real estate professionals who join Jacksonville’s Women’s Council of Realtors tend to stay.
The Women’s Council of Realtors Jacksonville Chapter won a third place award in the national organization’s member retention contest, which ended Jan. 31.
The local chapter was recognized as having the third best retention rate in the country, 63.75 percent, in the Mega Category, which includes chapters with 80 members or more.
It’s the second time in three years WCR Jacksonville has placed among the top three chapters nationally, chapter president Rory Dubin said.
The contest runs each year during the membership renewal period of November through January.
The Jacksonville chapter received a $200 cash bonus from the national council for the contest.
Dubin attributed his group’s success to excellent programs, special events, education and networking.
