Monday, Oct. 19, was a beautiful but slightly windy day at Marsh Creek Country Club as 118 players took to the course for a challenging day of golf at the annual St. Johns Builders Council Charity Golf Classic.

“We extend our thanks to 84 Lumber, our corporate sponsor, and everyone who participated in the annual St. Johns Builders Council Charity Golf Classic,” said Jerry Dean of Vintage Homes and chair of the SJBC. “Being able to enjoy a great day of golf and help others — it doesn’t get any better than that.”

Congratulations to Eagle View Windows, Jack Dunham, Mike Bianchi, Beau Alvarez and Donnie Allison for taking the first place prize of a round of golf for four at Palencia and golf shirts from Marsh Creek Country Club.

Dave Furnal was the lucky winner of the outdoor fireplace donated by Construction Solutions Supply.

Proceeds from the tournament benefited the St. Johns Housing Partnership, which services include builds wheelchair ramps for residents.
