Weekley Homes hosts lilfe-saving blood drive

David Weekley Homes partnered with The Blood Alliance in Jacksonville to host a blood drive. The company hosted a drive each quarter of 2015, with yearly totals amounting to 56 units — enough to save 168 lives.

Jacksonville team members have been hosting a blood drive each quarter as part of the philanthropic efforts of the company’s CARE program, which focuses on volunteer efforts with various nonprofit organizations.

Davidson Realty Inc. is preparing its agents for thousands of new hom buyers to the greater World Golf Village area with community bus tours and a new interactive selling tool. 

Seventeen homebuilders are working in 15 new home developments in northeast St. Johns County. The area is also seeing retail and commerce openings and a newly announced elementary school near the TrailMark community.

Davidson is developing a southbound Interstate 95 billboard to help direct buyers to the new communities and a virtual community map, displayed in its World Golf Village headquarters.

Hines will host a hard-hat tour of Markland, which is now into its first phase of construction, from noon-3 p.m. Feb. 27.

Realtors can get a sneak peek at floorplans, renderings and pricing for homes by Arthur Rutenberg Homes, Cottage Home Company, Dream Finders Homes, Drees Homes, Providence Homes and Riverside Homes.

The family event will feature a balloon artist, bounce house and face painter, along with shaved ice and food trucks. RSVP by Feb. 26 for a chance to win a $500 Visa gift card.
