Join The Jacksonville Bar Association's Health and Wellness Committee and come walk in the highly esteemed footsteps of Steve Jobs (Apple), Jack Dorsey (Twitter), Jeff Weiner (LinkedIn) and Mark Zuckerberg (Facebook) for our first “Walk and Talk” meeting.

All of these business tycoons are strong proponents of “walking meetings.”

Researchers at Stanford University found the creative output of people increases by an average of 60 percent when they are walking.

Whether you are in it for the exercise, the companionship, the networking or the creativity, this is a great way to efficiently accomplish all of these items at once.

We are holding the first “Walk and Talk” meeting at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday.

We will be meeting every other Tuesday outside the Wells Fargo Center on the Independent Drive side.

So come out, get some fresh air, some fresh ideas and walk and talk with new and old friends.
