McDaniel is new ERA Hall of Fame member

Jacksonville’s Sandra McDaniel has been named a 2015 ERA Hall of Fame inductee.

McDaniel represented ERA at award winning levels in three areas of service: She owns ERA McDaniel & Associates, the largest ERA franchise in Jacksonville; was awarded ERA Top Producer Broker/Owner and National Top Producing Agent; and has been director of training for ERA Davis & Linn for 12 years, developing a number of agents into ERA Top Producers and National Rookies of the Year.

She’s also taught Acceleration Classes and other training available to agents in ERA’s Broker Council.

Jessica McNamee

Jessica McNamee has been named property manager at The Palazzo on St. Johns, located near San Jose and Mandarin.

She began her tenure at The Palazzo on St. Johns in 2013 as a closing coordinator with its sales and marketing team.

As property manager, her responsibilities include collaborating with the sales team, construction team, homeowners and its homeowners association, as well as the property’s developer, Forge Capital Partners.

Jamie Brown and Eric Thurman

LandSouth Construction announced the addition of Eric Thurman as project manager and Jamie Brown as a project administrator.

Thurman will oversee and supervise projects from inception to completion.

His duties include oversight in contract administration, vendor negotiation, purchasing, project planning and overall project supervision.

Brown will work with LandSouth’s construction management team to oversee assignments in the Southeast.

She will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team and will coordinate project correspondence and monthly reporting.

Tayler Quick and Mary Brockbank

Davidson Realty Inc. has hired Tayler Quick and Mary Brockbank real estate agents.

She comes to Davidson with a degree in business administration. 

Quick grew up in Ponte Vedra Beach and earned her business degree from Flagler College in 2014. Quick also has experience as a retail office manager and restaurant server.

Brockbank comes to Davidson with many years of experience in healthcare. She is from upstate New York where she and her family endured several moves that involved buying and selling numerous homes. Those moves sparked Brockbank’s interest in pursuing real estate as a career.
