Hilton Garden Inn Jacksonville Ponte Vedra Sawgrass sold Aug. 15 for $28.5 million.
The hotel is at 45 TPC Blvd. behind the Publix-anchored Sawgrass Village shopping center.
The buyer was Newport Beach, California-based T2 Hospitality, through M8 Dev Sawgrass LLC.
The seller was Noble Investment Group of Atlanta, through NF IV VA SSCI Jacksonville LLC.
The 83,497-square-foot hotel was built in 2000. Noble bought it from Sawgrass Hotel Partners Ltd. for about $13 million in 2021.
It remodeled the hotel in 2022 with updates to guest rooms, the lobby, market, fitness center, outdoor pool and Mulligan’s Pub, the on-site restaurant and bar, according to a news release. It also added a new roof for a total project cost of $2.2 million.
“With over a billion dollars in assets, our power comes from our people. We are a tight-knit family, a vertically integrated, design-focused real estate company creating exceptional hospitality destinations,” the T2 website says.
