Here are the top 10 commercial real estate sales in Northeast Florida, comprising Baker, Clay, Duval, Nassau and St. Johns counties. The sales were recorded Jan. 1-Dec. 31, 2024.

CT Realty sold a leased 1 million-square-foot warehouse in Florida Gateway Logistics Park in May for almost $91.725 million to Dallas-based Hillwood. Building 800 was built in 2023 on 51.66 acres at 9909 Pritchard Road in West Jacksonville. Total Distribution Inc., a third-party logistics company that is part of People Services Inc. of Canton, Ohio, leased the warehouse starting in August 2023.
