Keke’s Breakfast Cafe is working toward opening its sixth Northeast Florida restaurant as it seeks permitting to build-out in Mandarin.
A permit in review shows an estimated $195,000 build-out in Claire Lane Center at 11112 San Jose Blvd., south of Interstate 295.
The Claire Lane Center site plan shows it in the 3,718-square-foot Unit 23, two doors down from Ulta Beauty and four storefronts from corner anchor Mandola’s Italian Kitchen.
The center is anchored by Barnes & Noble and by Trader Joe’s at southwest San Jose Boulevard and Claire Lane.
Jacksonville-based Sleiman Enterprises is the landlord.
