Plans for a 7-Eleven near the St. Augustine Premium Outlets are under review in St. Johns County.
County staff and the St. Johns River Water Management District are reviewing applications for the convenience store and gas station chain to locate east of the outlet mall and Interstate 95 on the south side of Florida 16, next to Zaxby’s. It is planned on a portion of three parcels.
Site plans show a 5,853-square-foot convenience store with seven fueling stations, 14 pumps and 28 parking spaces. Plans also include additional Zaxbys parking.
England-Thims & Miller is the civil engineer. Yi-Chien Lin and Yaling Lin of St. Augustine own the property, according to county records.
Other 7-Eleven locations in St. Augustine are at 2010 A1A South, 1725 Florida 207, 3735 International Golf Parkway and 2220 International Golf Parkway.
According to data website ScrapHero.com, there were 9,348 7-Eleven stores as of July 7, including 1,019 in Florida.
