A South Jacksonville office and warehouse property sold Oct. 17 for $12.4 million. The complex is at 7900 Belfort Parkway, about 1 mile south of Butler Boulevard near the Interstate 95 interchange. Corebridge Real Estate Investors Inc. of New York bought the property through Belfort Parkway Industrial Owner LLC.
