Plans for a Daily’s gas station and convenience store in the SilverLeaf community of St. Johns County can move forward.
The county issued a series of permits Sept. 11 for the project, including a building permit at a cost of $2.7 million.
Jacksonville-based Daily’s owner and operator, First Coast Energy, through First Energy LLP, owns the 3.8 acres where the store is planned. The civil engineer is England-Thims & Miller, also of Jacksonville.
It is planned at County Road 16A southeast of Silverleaf Parkway.
Site plans show a 7,600-square-foot convenience store with 16 fueling stations and 32 pumps, a drive-thru car wash and charging stations for electric vehicles. There are 69 parking spaces.
Plans also show an unnamed 4,300-square-foot medical office with 52 parking spaces.
The chain’s fast-casual food service concept, Daily’s Dash, offers breakfast, lunch and dinner meals, plus sandwiches and made-to-order specialty coffee beverages ordered via touchscreen kiosk.
According to its website, Daily’s was founded in 1997 and operates primarily in Jacksonville, St. Augustine, Gainesville and Broward County.
